招聘崗位：Cashier 出納
職位描述：
1、負責定期做內部和外部的客戶和供應商的應收/應付賬款的對帳；
2、負責公司日常付款，報銷單審核，工資發放，準備現金流周報表；
3、負責稅務申報（企業所得稅、營業稅、個人所得稅）和稅務相關的文件準備；
4、月末協助進行會計報表處理和文件歸檔；
5、其他財務相關的工作；
6、協助完成行政及人力資源管理相關的工作。
職位要求：
1、會計或相關專業本科以上學歷；相應上崗資質證書；
2、可用英語進行日常交流和準備財務文檔；
3、1－2年出納工作經歷，具備日常現金管理、銀行的收支、核算、記賬、票據審核的知識和能力；
4、熟悉SAP者更佳；
5、誠實，責任心強，有較強的人際溝通與協調能力。
Job Description:
1. Reconcile with both vendors and clients periodically, prepare AP/AR reports ;
2. Prepare weekly cash report and handle bank payments, expense report check, and salary distribution ;
3. Tax Declarations (CIT, BT, IIT,) ;
4. Help accountant on bookkeeping and filing ;
5. Complete other jobs arranged by supervisor ;
6. Assist in administration and HR jobs.
Job Requirements:
1.University degree in financial accounting field, with accounting certificate ;
2.Good oral and written English ;
3.1-2 year cashier working experience ;
4.Experience in SAP is preferred ;
5.Open minded, detail oriented, good communication skill .
